- Fully cooked and ready to eat.
- Keep Frozen at 0 °F until ready to use. Use within 24 months.
- To maintain product quality, thaw overnight in the refrigerator or under cold running water. The shelf life of thawed unopened vacuum package with an intact seal (bag should not be loose) is 30 days at refrigerated temperatures (32 – 38°F). Refreezing is not recommended.
- Once the package is opened or if a bag is loose, the product should be treated as a fresh fish product with a 3–5 day shelf life under proper refrigerated conditions.
